We offer You three choices of cooperation:

Franchise

You will get a full set (business model) ready for implementation practically at once. You will start using the MO trade mark; get all the required models for advertising and marketing production and all the required agents (liquids) for work, as well as the sample of the website. The staff gets training (additional training on sales), models of tents ready for work, consumption norms, recommendations on choosing staff etc. This variant guarantees quick speed into market and a very good index of return of investments.

General conditions of the franchise. The agreement stipulates main aspects of cooperation:

  • the region where the activity will be carried out (depending on the scale, the size of the region in each case is stipulated separately);
  • the number of places of servicing;
  • the conditions of cleaning agents delivery;
  • the conditions of staff training;
  • mandatory payments (entrance fee, monthly fee for the franchise);
  • other conditions.

The process of co-ordination of the franchise conditions is related to the sharing of certain knowledge and experience, thus, before the beginning of the discussion the parties will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in respect of non-disclosing of the information that is attributed to the commercial secret and that will become known during the discussion. It is also required to sign a memorandum of understanding, for reinforcement of the activity directions and for not changing them until the moment of entire fulfilment of the obligations by both parties.

Private labelling

Private labelling: Not really interested in selling MO products. We offer you to create your own brand. Having your own brand created you will have full control over it. You know better than us what is best for your country. Buy waterless products in concentrate. Bottle it yourself, create the labels and you are ready to go. This activity may become a source of additional income for you and even develop into a full-scale serious business. Got interested? 
Label and packaging design: We can help you out with label and carton packing printing. Let us know what you need and we will do the rest.
Waterless product range:  Choose what you want to sell. Will it be waterless wash, waterless wash&wax, universal cleaner or a tire shine? Moreover, to distinguish your brand among competitors we offer you to choose a unique colour of your products. 
Advertising and promotion: If you do not know how to introduce your commodity to the market, or how to do it efficiently, what mass media are to be engaged, ask us. We have huge experience and competence of product promotion on the market from the moment of creation of an absolutely new brand up to the moment when it is started being searched and demanded by the customers. If you are looking for an optimal method to advertise your product, if you do not know what particular advertising methods must be used, we may consult you and provide certain samples and templates of the advertising production.
Minimum order requirements: In order to make cooperation more efficient, we have simplified the terms of ordering and reduced the volumes to the minimum. We are ready to find a flexible approach to each of our customers and to offer the terms, which would be most acceptable to both parties.
If you wish to independently prepare waterless products for sale, we are ready to deliver all the required products in concentrate. In such a case, the cleaning agent may be delivered in industrial packaging (10, 20 liter canisters or 210 liter drums).  
Local assembling: We also offer a type of cooperation based on the principle of “local assembling”, i.e. we shall prepare all the required components: bottles, labels, boxes, waterless products etc. – and send everything right to you. All you need to do is just pack your commodities into boxes for sale.
No restrictions: We absolutely do not restrict our partners in terms of the right of selecting regions for carrying out of their commercial activity, i.e. you will be able to freely advertise and sell your products on any preferred territory, via the channels of electronic trade or retail network.
 

Distribution

On the basis of the agreement you will get the rights to distribution of the MO production.

The product line comprises:

  • Consumable materials. Nano-technological polymeric cleaning agent MO. Full line of products for car washing. They are delivered in the tare of the can type of the capacity of 10-20 litres.
  • Cloths made of microfiber for car washing. The quality of washing as well as the impact of the washing to the surface of the car and to the lacquer coating for 50 % depends on the quality of the cloth. The MO Company guarantees the quality of washing provided the original agents and cloths are used (polymeric cleaning agent and cloths of microfiber). Two cloths are used at a time for one car washing. The cloths are re-usable.
  • Individual sets for washing (full set: 0.5 litres of liquid; a sprayer; two cloths; latex gloves). The set is delivered in the package and is ready for sale;
  • Delivery of separate components packed for sale is possible (a bottle with the liquid, cloths made of microfiber);

Delivery of all the chemicals required for dry and chemical cleaning (for professional activity).
